1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

        Returns and refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

        Bras, underwear and custom made products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Returns and refunds are only eligible on night suits and robes.

2. Conditions for Returns

        Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

        We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.

3. Refund Process

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

        Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer (to a bank account as given by you) within 7-10 business days.

        Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
