Thank you for shopping with Evoke Lingerie! We are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Shipping Partner

We use a reliable third-party courier service to deliver all orders across Pakistan. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.

2. Delivery Timeframe

●       Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days in major cities

●       Remote Areas: 5–7 business days depending on location

●       Custom Orders: 10 business days

●       Please note that delivery timelines may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen delays from the courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

●       Shipping charges are a flat rate of PKR 300/-.

4. Order Processing Time

●       Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

●       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your shipment. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out to us at info@theevokelingerie.com or 0300 808 8124.

6. Delivery Attempts

●       If you are unable to receive your order, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges.

7. Delays or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with delayed or lost packages.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete. Orders with incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.

9. International Shipping (optional – only include if you offer this)

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are working towards adding this in the future.
