1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
● Returns and refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
● Bras, underwear and custom made products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Returns and refunds are only eligible on night suits and robes.
2. Conditions for Returns

● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
● We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.
3. Refund Process

● Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
● Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer (to a bank account as given by you) within 7-10 business days.
● Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
